2. NOT permanent, so if you aren’t allowed to paint your cap or you only want to wear the topper for pictures, etc. You are able to take the topper on and off as you please!

- I create it digitally ( still 100% my artwork & handwriting ) then I send you a proof

- Once the proof is approved your art is then printed and created to go perfectly on top of your cap!
